The MOT is an audit of the CIP system covering the hardware and records, and then measures against Industry and auditing bodies’ best practice thus identifying gaps with recommendations for improvement and compliance.

Verification measures CIP performance against specifications, for each cleaning route, of time, temperature, detergent concentration and rinse quality. The report will either confirm compliance or recommend corrective actions.

Optimisation comprises a survey of cleans that have been verified in order to identify savings of time, energy, water and chemical in order to make your cleaning processes more cost efficient.

Trouble shooting into cleans or systems suspected of having issues that are affecting product quality, or are causing Production bottle necks.

Hot Surface cleaning of pasteurisers and evaporators which are generally stand-alone CIP processes are commonly areas where these activities can provide significant savings to your process.
